Refund Policy

How cancellations, refunds, and service credits are handled.

1. General policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service type, activation status, usage, and any separate written agreement. Because infrastructure resources are provisioned immediately, many services are non-refundable once activated unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

Refund requests should be submitted promptly through billing or support.
Setup fees, usage charges, third-party licenses, and abuse-related suspensions may be non-refundable.
Any approved refund may be issued to the original payment method or as account credit at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

3. Cancellations

You may request cancellation according to the billing cycle and service terms. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of previously incurred charges. Refund and billing requests can be sent to billing@r3esolutioninfotech.com.
