Where applicable, you are the controller or business and R3esolution acts as a processor or service provider for personal data processed in connection with your use of our services.

We process personal data only to provide the services, comply with law, and follow your documented instructions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may use vetted subprocessors to operate infrastructure, support, and billing systems. We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

Where required, we will reasonably assist with data subject requests, incident response, and return or deletion of personal data subject to legal and operational constraints.
