1. Purpose

This policy exists to protect the security, performance, and reliability of our infrastructure and to ensure a fair environment for all customers.

2. Prohibited activities

Hosting or distributing malware, phishing pages, botnets, exploit kits, or command-and-control systems.
Unauthorized scanning, probing, or attacking networks, systems, or accounts.
Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or activities that harm reputation or deliverability.
Content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
Activities that degrade service for others, including denial-of-service attacks, resource abuse, or abusive automation.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including traffic filtering, rate limiting, account suspension, service termination, or escalation to authorities where appropriate.

4. Reporting

To report abuse, email support@r3esolutioninfotech.com with relevant logs, timestamps, IP addresses, and supporting evidence.
